HJ107 Pipeline Flux
TOKO HJ107 is a premium agglomerated submerged arc welding flux specially developed for API 5L X60–X80 line pipe and offshore pipeline applications. With ultra‑low hydrogen (≤3ml/100g) and exceptional CTOD performance, it delivers high‑strength, high‑toughness welds even at sub‑zero temperatures down to -50°C. The flux is optimized for narrow‑groove welding, providing minimal porosity and superb slag detachability.
