SJ501 Agglomerated Flux
TOKO SJ501 is a premium agglomerated submerged arc welding flux formulated for high‑tensile and quenched‑and‑tempered steels. It provides excellent alloy compensation when used with Mo, Cr‑Mo alloy wires, significantly enhancing weld strength and toughness. Ideal for thick‑plate multi‑pass welding with superb slag release and stable arc performance.
- Low hydrogen content (≤4ml/100g)
- High basicity (≥2.8) for superior toughness
- Excellent alloy recovery (Mo, Cr, Mn)
- Impact toughness ≥47J at -40°C
- Self‑peeling slag for clean welds
- Supports high heat input & thick plates
