TOKO ERNiCrMo-3 (625) Nickel Alloy MIG Welding Wire
Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium filler metal for gas metal arc welding of UNS N06625 (Inconel 625) and similar alloys. The addition of molybdenum and niobium provides exceptional resistance to localized corrosion and high-temperature strength, making it ideal for severe corrosive environments and service temperatures from cryogenic up to 980°C.
Key Advantages
- AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo‑3 compliant — full traceability and tight chemistry control.
- Exceptional localized corrosion resistance — outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in chloride environments.
- High-temperature performance — maintains good strength and oxidation resistance up to 980°C (1800°F).
- Molybdenum + Niobium stabilized — provides solid-solution strengthening and prevents sensitization.
- Excellent feedability — precision layer-wound spools for robotic and semi-automatic welding, stable arc with low spatter.
- Available diameters: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm.
Performance Benefits for Critical Applications
