TOKO ERNiCrMo-3 (625) Nickel Alloy MIG Welding Wire

Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium filler metal for gas metal arc welding of UNS N06625 (Inconel 625) and similar alloys. The addition of molybdenum and niobium provides exceptional resistance to localized corrosion and high-temperature strength, making it ideal for severe corrosive environments and service temperatures from cryogenic up to 980°C.

  • Safety: Use adequate fume extraction – welding fumes contain nickel and chromium compounds. Wear appropriate PPE (helmet, gloves, protective clothing).
  • Storage: Store in original packaging in dry, ambient conditions. Reseal partially used spools to prevent contamination.
