TOKO AWS A5.4 E309/E309L-16 Welding Rod /Welding Wire are the wire electrodes very much useful for the welding purpose. This alloy electrode is designed for the heat resistance base metals of the similar compositions. This electrode proves itself a very good application in the process of welding of the dissimilar metals of the similar compositions.

You can weld the dissimilar metals for the stainless steel overlays or plain carbon or low alloy steel. The E309L-16 is preferred for the cladding over carbon or low alloy steel and this also provides a very good finish with the dissimilar joints which undergo heat treatment. The E309L-16 is used for the welding of the low carbon and the low alloy stainless steels.

The E309-16 is the alloy which is primarily intended for the welding heat-resistant austenitic chromium-nickel steels of the similar analysis. This is also good in case of the dissimilar welding of stainless steel to mild steel and also the welding surfaces of the steel. The maximum temperature for the welding process with this electrode cannot be greater than 700 degrees Fahrenheit or 370 degree Celsius. This is having a greater use in the industrial and general fabrication process.
