On November 24, the opening ceremony and plenary session of the 6th China-Russia Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Business Forum was grandly inaugurated at the Xi'an International Convention Center. During the achievement release session, participants witnessed the birth of the "Initiative of the 6th China-Russia SME Business Forum (Xi'an)," marking a move towards higher levels and higher quality in China-Russia industrial collaboration.
